The Elim Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. 

The Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to:

1) Connect to the church, 2) Discover the strengths of your purposeful design, 3) Develop your personal leadership, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others. 

The Growth Track happens every month in three consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time.

Explore the ministry of Elim International Church and find out how to connect with our church and become a member. Step One takes place the first Sunday of every month.

discover your design

Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. Step Two takes place the second Sunday of every month.

step 3:

develop your leadership

Find out what it means to be a leader at Elim and learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Join the dream team! Step Three takes place the third Sunday of every month.
