Missionaries we support
Martin & Amy Lamb - Philippines
Martin & Amy set up the Shepherd’s Arms Foundation during their time in Philippines. The Lamb family are now based in NZ, while Martin travels between New Zealand and Philippines to be involved with Shepherd’s Arms and its wider ministry. While in Wellington, Martin & Amy are reaching out to the local Filipino community.
Visit the Shepherds Arms website for more information.
Sam and Carol Soukotta - Indonesia
After more than 30 years of ministering in Indonesia, we are privileged to be their home church in NZ. Sam and Carol are based in Tawangmangu Bible College in Java, and train hundreds of pastors and leaders in the Bible School and facilitate various ministries throughout Indonesia, including the Mount Hope Training Centre in Borneo.
Wellington Elim is involved in assisting with the building project at Mt Hope. For more information regarding the Mt Hope building project, contact Craig Pilcher.
Ronny and Kay Heyboer - Borneo
In 2002, God gave Ronny a vision to build a Living Waters Village for a thousand tribal children from the jungles of Kalimantan, Indonesia. Within 5 years, the vision has provided a home and education to over 180 children. It has also expanded to a radio station, a hospital, a university, and a prayer centre. Ronny is also mobilising and training the local tribes to reach out to the Muslim immigrants from Java and Sumatra!
Visit the Living Waters Village website for more information.
Chris & Rachel
Chris and Rachel are living in a large Middle Eastern city where they work with a ministry that uses music and other creative art forms to share the Gospel with the people in the country where they live, and other countries in the region. Chris is more focused on evangelism and music outside the church, while Rachel’s giftings are more in line with worship and music inside the church.
If you’re a creative person that loves Jesus, and would like to help them out for a week or two or longer, get in touch with through the church.
